Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 1.06 oz dark brown sugar
- 0.18 oz Hungarian paprika
- 0.07 oz mustard powder
- 0.11 oz onion powder
- 0.11 oz garlic powder
- 0.51 fl oz vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Coat the boneless pork chops evenly with vegetable oil.
Dredge the pork chops in the spice mixture, pressing firmly to ensure an even coating.
Place the pork chops in a cooking basket preheated to 400°F.
Cook for 11 minutes. Remove the pork chops and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
