Ingredients
- 12.35 oz ground lamb
- 0.11 oz sweet paprika
- 0.07 oz ground cumin
- 0.11 oz garlic powder
- 0.07 oz onion powder
- 0.04 oz ground cinnamon
- 0.04 oz ground turmeric
- 0.04 oz fennel seeds
- 0.04 oz ground coriander
- 0.14 oz salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, turmeric, fennel seeds, coriander, and salt.
Knead the mixture by hand to evenly distribute the spices.
Divide the mixture and form it around wooden skewers into cylindrical shapes.
Refrigerate the skewers for 10 minutes to firm.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F. Cook for 9 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through the cooking time.
