Ingredients
- 16 oz boneless ribeye steak
- 0.14 oz garlic powder
- 0.14 oz onion powder
- Dried oregano, rosemary, and sage to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 0.7 fl oz olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, rosemary, sage, and cayenne pepper.
Brush the steak on all sides with olive oil.
Coat the steak evenly with the spice mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F.
Place the steak in the basket and cook for 7 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached.
Remove the steak and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
