Rustic, bold, and full of flavor. These thick-cut wedges are tossed in a savory blend of Parmesan cheese, garlic, and onion powder, then roasted to a perfect golden crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet or yellow potatoes
- 0.85 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- 0.11 oz garlic powder
- 0.07 oz onion powder
- 0.35 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash potatoes. With skin on, cut into uniform wedges.
In a large bowl, add olive oil to the wedges and toss to coat evenly.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook at 385°F for 20 minutes.
Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
