Ingredients
- 3 Italian-style pork sausages
- 14 oz yellow potatoes
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 garlic clove, whole
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and the whole garlic clove.
Cut the sausages into large pieces or leave whole, pricking the casing.
Arrange the potatoes and sausage in a single layer in the cooking basket.
Cook at 375°F for 22 minutes. Shake the basket every 7-8 minutes to ensure even cooking and flavor distribution.
