- 11.3 oz Fresh Mushrooms (Button or Cremini)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fine Sea Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel to remove any soil residue.
Cut mushrooms into halves or quarters, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the cooking basket.
Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway point to ensure even browning.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
