Instructions
Score each chestnut horizontally on its rounded side with a sharp knife.
Soak the chestnuts in warm water for a minimum of 15 minutes to soften the peel.
Drain the chestnuts and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
Arrange the chestnuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 390°F for 15-20 minutes, depending on size.
