Ingredients
- 7 oz Cooked Pasta (Spaghetti or Macaroni)
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1.75 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3.5 oz Diced Pancetta or Salami (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in the optional diced cured meat.
Incorporate the cooked pasta, whether plain or previously dressed, into the egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.
Cook at 355°F for 18 minutes. Verify doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
