Ingredients
- 10.5 oz fresh thin green asparagus
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 0.5 oz flaked almonds (optional)
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
Wash asparagus and remove woody ends by snapping them manually at their natural breaking point.
Place asparagus in a tray or dish, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to ensure even coating.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer within the cooking basket and season with salt and pepper.
Generously sprinkle Parmesan and almond flakes, concentrating application on the tips.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 8 minutes, or until the cheese develops an amber crust.
