Sweeten your morning in minutes. Flaky, buttery puff pastry triangles are filled with your choice of chocolate or jam and baked until puffed and golden.
Ingredients
- 1 round puff pastry sheet
- Chocolate-hazelnut spread, pistachio cream, or jam, for filling
- 1 egg yolk or milk, for wash
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal triangular wedges.
Place one teaspoon of filling at the base of each triangle.
Roll each triangle from the base to the tip. Curve the ends to create a croissant shape.
Arrange the croissants on parchment paper in the cooking basket, ensuring they are spaced apart. Brush the surface with egg yolk or milk.
Cook at 340°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool before garnishing with powdered sugar.
