Ingredients
- 28 oz continuous pork sausage
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the honey, both mustards, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
Coil the continuous sausage into a tight spiral. Secure the shape by inserting two crossed wooden skewers.
Brush the entire surface of the sausage with the mustard glaze.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F. Place the sausage spiral onto the cooking surface.
