A flavor explosion. These beef skewers are marinated in a traditional blend of spicy Korean paste, soy sauce, and honey, delivering a deep umami punch with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
- 17.6 oz beef chunks
- 0.7 oz ssamjang
- 0.7 oz gochujang
- 0.5 fl oz soy sauce
- 0.5 fl oz sesame oil
- 0.5 fl oz honey
- 0.2 fl oz rice vinegar
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ssamjang, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
Add the beef chunks to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least one hour.
Thread the marinated beef onto skewers. If necessary, cut skewers to fit the cooking appliance.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F.
Arrange the skewers in the appliance. Cook for 7 minutes at 400°F, until the exterior is browned and the interior is cooked through.
