Ingredients
- 10.6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- Semolina flour, for dredging
- 1 tsp sweet paprika (optional)
- Cooking oil spray, as needed
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Pat thoroughly dry.
In a shallow dish, combine semolina flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, ensuring an even coating and shaking off any excess.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with cooking oil.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 4-5 minutes. Flip the shrimp, spray the other side with oil, and continue to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
