The ultimate guilt-free snack. Transform fresh kale into paper-thin, shatteringly crisp chips in minutes—a healthy, salty alternative to traditional potato chips.
Ingredients
- Kale leaves, 7 oz
- Vegetable oil or olive oil spray, 0.3 fl oz
- Fine sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Remove the leafy parts of the kale from the central stems. Discard the stems.
Thoroughly dry the leaves with paper towels. Lightly coat the leaves with oil.
Arrange the kale in a single layer in the cooking basket. Do not overcrowd to ensure proper air circulation.
Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 8-10 minutes, tossing the leaves halfway through the cooking time.
Remove from the appliance, season with sea salt, and serve immediately for optimal crispness.
