Ingredients
- 9.17 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2.12 oz all-purpose flour
- 2.12 oz coarse cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare a three-stage breading station. Place the beaten eggs in the first bowl, the combined flour and curry powder in the second, and the coarse cornmeal in the third.
Coat each shrimp in the beaten eggs.
Allow excess egg to drip off, then dredge the shrimp in the flour and curry mixture, ensuring complete coverage.
Press the coated shrimp firmly into the coarse cornmeal to form a thick crust.
Arrange the breaded shrimp in the cooking basket in a single layer. Drizzle with oil. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway point.
