Ingredients
- 4 beef patties (5.3 oz each)
- 0.7 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Remove patties from the refrigerator before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
Season both sides of the patties with salt and black pepper.
Brush the surface of the patties with olive oil.
Place patties in the preheated appliance set to 375°F. Do not press down on the patties during cooking.
Cook for the specified time, flipping the patties halfway through to ensure even browning.
