- 12 small, trimmed lamb chops
- Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon

Instructions
Zest the lemon, avoiding the white pith. Crush the garlic cloves.
Combine the crushed garlic, olive oil, and lemon zest to create the marinade.
Coat the lamb chops thoroughly with the marinade. Refrigerate for approximately four hours.
Arrange the chops in a single layer in the preheated appliance at 400°F.
Cook for 10 minutes, turning the chops halfway through the cooking time.
