Ingredients
- 16 oz Ground Beef
- 0.33 oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 0.18 oz Sweet Dijon Mustard
- 1 Small Onion, grated
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1.35 oz Olive Oil
- 4 Slices Melting Cheese
- 4 Slider Buns
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, grated onion, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into equal-sized patties. Refrigerate for approximately one hour to firm.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F.
Brush the patties with olive oil and arrange them in a single layer in the cooking basket.
Cook for 9 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
During the final minute of cooking, place one slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Remove the patties, assemble the sliders with the buns, and serve immediately.
