Fragrant and smoky. These herb-packed beef skewers are cooked to mimic the high heat of a grill, resulting in a charred, aromatic exterior and a juicy, spiced center.
Ingredients
- 12.7 oz Ground Beef
- 3 tbsp Shallots, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
- 0.7 oz Ras el Hanout Spice Blend
- 0.7 fl oz Olive Oil
- 0.07 oz Cumin Powder
Instructions
Finely chop the shallots. Sauté in a pan with olive oil until translucent.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed shallots, fresh coriander, ras el hanout, and cumin.
Knead the mixture until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into a log and press firmly onto a skewer.
Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the cooking basket. Cook at 355°F / 180°C for 8 minutes, turning once at the halfway point.
