The perfect spicy kick. These jalapeños are stuffed with a rich ground pork and cheddar blend, then wrapped in smoky bacon that air-fries to a crispy, golden finish.
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8.1 oz ground pork
- 4.2 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 bacon slices
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Halve the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds and pith.
In a bowl, combine the ground pork, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Fill each pepper half with the pork and cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed pepper half with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Arrange the peppers in the basket. Cook until the bacon is crisp and the filling is cooked through.
Chef's Tip
"For less spiciness, thoroughly remove all seeds and pith from the jalapeños. Shake the basket or turn the peppers halfway through cooking for even results."
