Ingredients
- 12.5 oz (350g) Italian Pork Sausage
- 14 oz (400g) Potatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 whole Garlic Clove
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
Cut potatoes into 1-inch (2-3 cm) cubes. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
Cut sausage into 2-inch (5 cm) chunks.
In a bowl, combine potatoes, sausage, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
Arrange the mixture in a single layer in the cooking basket. Cook at 385°F (195°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Shake the basket every 7-8 minutes to ensure even cooking and browning.
