Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into batons approximately 0.6 inches thick.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato batons with oil until evenly coated.
Add salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure all batons are evenly seasoned.
Preheat the appliance to 400°F.
Arrange the batons in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 11-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
