Ingredients
- 12 large asparagus spears, trimmed
- 12 thin slices of prosciutto
- 0.5 oz olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
Season the trimmed asparagus spears with salt and pepper.
Wrap one slice of prosciutto tightly around each asparagus spear.
Arrange the wrapped asparagus in a single layer in the preheated cooking basket at 300°F.
Lightly coat the prosciutto with olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and browned.
