- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil spray
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Pat the lamb chops completely dry with paper towels.

Preheat to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
