The ultimate quick-fix comfort food. These miniature pizzas use an English muffin base for a satisfying crunch, topped with zesty tomato sauce and melty mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, halved
- 5 oz tomato sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 pitted black olives
Instructions
Halve the English muffins to create four bases.
Preheat the appliance to 338°F. Toast the muffin halves for 3 minutes to seal the surface.
Remove the bases. Spread tomato sauce evenly on each half.
Slice the mozzarella and arrange it over the sauce. Slice the olives and place them on top.
Place the pizzas in the basket. Cook at 338°F for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
